1 · Who we are

Bundleuxe is a trade name of Tectonis LLC, a Maryland limited liability company. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “Bundleuxe” mean Tectonis LLC. “You” means the person using this site or placing an order.

2 · What we sell

We sell 100% human hair bundles, extensions, closures, frontals, clip-ins and wigs. All hair is sourced from vetted suppliers and batch-inspected and verified human hair before listing. Products are new unless stated otherwise.

3 · Listings and pricing

We describe each item as accurately as we can, including its texture, stretched length, density, lace type and origin. Photographs are of the actual batch unless clearly marked otherwise, as on our sample listing page. Colours may vary between screens, and wavy or curly textures naturally wear shorter than their stretched length.

Prices are in US dollars. We may correct pricing or listing errors and may cancel and fully refund an order affected by an obvious error.

4 · Orders and payment

An order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we accept the order and ship it. We may decline or cancel an order — including where an item is no longer available, where verification of payment or address fails, or where we suspect fraud — and will refund any amount taken.

Payment is processed through Shopify's secure checkout by our payment provider. Charges appear on your statement as BUNDLEUXE.

5 · Shipping

We ship within the United States only, tracked, in protective packaging. Timeframes are set out on our Shipping page. Risk of loss passes on delivery.

6 · Returns and exchanges

Our Returns policy forms part of these terms: 14 days from delivery on unopened items with ties, tags and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, hair that has been worn, installed, washed, coloured or altered cannot be returned, except under the human-hair guarantee or for a construction defect.

7 · Human-hair guarantee

If any hair we sell is ever determined to be synthetic or blended, we refund you in full. There is no time limit and no conditions on this guarantee. It applies in addition to, and independently of, the 14-day return window. We may ask for the item to be returned and for a copy of the determination.

8 · Care and use

Human hair responds to how it is treated. Care instructions ship with every order; damage caused by chemical processing, excessive heat, or failure to follow basic care is not a product defect.

9 · Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site unlawfully, to attempt to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it at a scale that degrades service, or to reproduce our photographs or written content without permission.

10 · Our content

The text, photographs, design and code of this site are owned by Tectonis LLC.

11 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Maryland have exclusive jurisdiction.

13 · Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date of your order.
