Our Hair Standard

Our standard

Every piece we sell is 100% human hair. Here's exactly how we make sure.

Four steps, in order, before anything is listed. No exceptions and no shortcuts.

01

Vetted sourcing

We buy only from established suppliers whose hair we have tested and re-tested. We do not source from anonymous marketplaces, and we do not accept “human hair blend” as human hair.

02

Batch inspection

Every intake is sample-tested for synthetic fibre, checked for aligned cuticles, intact wefts, and minimal shedding before a single bundle is listed.

03

True-to-spec listings

Lengths are measured stretched and stated honestly. Texture, density, lace type and origin are listed exactly.

04

Our guarantee

If any hair we sell is ever determined to be synthetic or blended, we refund you in full. No time limit, no conditions.

1 · Vetted sourcing

We buy only from established suppliers whose hair we have tested batch after batch. We do not source from anonymous marketplaces or unverified middlemen, and we reject “human hair blend” entirely.

This is the first filter and the most important one. A supply chain that starts with an unknown factory cannot be repaired by inspection later.

2 · Batch inspection

Every intake is inspected before listing. We sample-test strands for synthetic fibre (synthetic melts and beads; human hair does not), check that cuticles run in one direction, pull-test wefts, and comb-test for shedding and tangling.

Inspection happens on the batch you buy from — not on a showroom sample.

3 · True-to-spec listings

Length is measured with the hair stretched straight and stated to the inch. Texture is named against our published hair guide. Density, lace type, cap construction and origin are stated exactly as they are.

4 · Our guarantee

If any hair we sell is ever determined to be synthetic or blended, we refund you in full. No time limit, no conditions.

We'd rather you buy with certainty than buy quickly.

Common questions

Quality, answered plainly

What does “100% human hair” mean here?

All hair, no synthetic fibre and no blends — confirmed by sample testing on every batch, not assumed from a supplier's label. “Human hair blend” products, which mix human hair with synthetic fibre, are never stocked.

What is the difference between virgin and raw hair?

Raw hair is completely unprocessed — never steamed, coloured or chemically treated. Virgin hair is unprocessed chemically but may be steam-styled into a texture. Every listing states which you are buying.

How do you test for synthetic fibre?

Sample strands from each intake are burn-tested: human hair singes to a soft ash with a distinct smell; synthetic fibre melts into a hard bead. We combine that with cuticle and shedding checks on the same batch.

Will the length match the listing?

Yes. We measure stretched, from weft to tip, before listing. Wavy and curly textures naturally appear shorter than their stretched length, and each listing says so plainly.

What happens if my hair turns out synthetic or blended?

Email hello@bundleuxe.com with your order number and the finding. If any hair we sold is determined to be synthetic or blended, we refund you in full. There is no time limit on that and no conditions attached to it.
